Integration
Fitting reputation risk into your ERM and GRC framework
Risk functions do not need another dashboard. They need a reputation indicator that behaves like the other indicators already on the register: a defined metric, a defined appetite, an alert when it moves, and a record when it was reviewed. Kloutify is designed to slot into that existing machinery rather than sit beside it.
Mapping to the framework you already run
Whether the organisation follows COSO ERM, ISO 31000 or an internal taxonomy, the integration points are the same. Reputation risk is registered as a category with the KEII® baseline as its key risk indicator. Appetite is expressed as an escalation threshold per executive. Controls are the monitoring cadence and the response playbook. Assurance is the quarterly report and the retained history.
Because the score carries its methodology and provenance, it can be cited in the register the way a financial ratio is cited: with a source, a date and a version. That is the difference between a metric a risk committee can adopt and a marketing number it has to caveat.
Delivery into your systems
Escalation alerts are delivered by webhook and by email, so a threshold breach can open a ticket in the GRC platform, post to the risk team’s channel, or land in the general counsel’s inbox, according to how the organisation already routes incidents. The enterprise package includes API access for pulling scores, dimensions and alert history into a data warehouse or a board reporting tool.
Reports are produced as PDFs suitable for a risk file or a board pack. Data retention is audit-grade under the enterprise package, so a score from eighteen months ago can be reproduced with its inputs and its method when a question is asked.
Counterparty and third-party screening
Reputation risk is not only internal. The same platform runs counterparty screening against sanctions and politically exposed person lists through a licensed data provider, together with a news-reputation check, so procurement and deal teams can apply one consistent standard to vendors, partners and targets. Where a component is not yet available, such as the ESG sub-check, the result is reported as unavailable rather than inferred.
What the risk function keeps control of
Thresholds, scope and recipients are set by the organisation, not by Kloutify. The platform does not contact the executives being monitored, does not use private or employee data, and does not make recommendations about people. It supplies the indicator and the evidence; the governance decisions stay with the committee that owns the register.
